We ship worldwide. We also ship next day with a 1pm cut off time for same day shipping. Packages in Canada deliver between 1-7 business days depending on which shipping service you choose. Delivery to the USA takes 2-7 business days depending on which service you choose. Delivery to Europe, UK and the rest of the world take 2-7 business days depending on which service you choose. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout. (We do not cover import charges).
If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a card will be left at the delivery address to arrange collection from the delivery service provider. These instructions will have a time limit.
IMPROPER DELIVERY INSTRUCTION
If the delivery address given when purchased is wrong then you will be responsible for the cost of re-delivery (If Available).
If re-delivery is unavailable we are not responsible to refund or send a replacement item.

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since the arrival of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
**Due to COVID-19 we are only offering store credits.**
**There will be a $8 re-stocking fee on all returns.**
After we receive your return package you will be emailed a code with your store credit that can be applied at your next purchase.
All items over 50% off are final sale. We do not offer store credits on sale items over 50% off.
To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be unused and returned in a perfect sell-able condition. Item must also be in the original packaging.
Please email us at email@example.com with the tracking number and proof of receipt when you've shipped out the package as we cannot guarantee that we will receive it.
If there is an issue with the condition of the returned product then you will be notified.
Packages that get shipped back to us after the 10 day policy will be sent back. Packages that arrive to us after the 10 day return policy require a mandatory proof of shipping receipt. If we don't receive an email with the proof of receipt, we will unfortunately have to send the package back.
