Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since the arrival of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange

After we receive your return package you will be emailed a code with your store credit that can be applied at your next purchase.

Sale Items

All items over 50% off are final sale. We do not offer store credits on sale items over 50% off. 

To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be unused and returned in a perfect sell-able condition. Item must also be in the original packaging. 

Please email us at with the tracking number and proof of receipt when you've shipped out the package as we cannot guarantee that we will receive it. 

If there is an issue with the condition of the returned product then you will be notified. 

Packages that get shipped back to us after the 10 day policy will be sent back. Packages that arrive to us after the 10 day return policy require a mandatory proof of shipping receipt. If we don't receive an email with the proof of receipt, we will unfortunately have to send the package back.
